You can request a refund of the product you ordered and we will refund your money. In this case you give us your bank account and within 20 working days your money will be refunded. A basic condition for your refund is that the product is returned to us in its original excellent condition.
The products shipped have already been checked for possible defects or deficiencies to avoid unnecessary returns. Also in the photographic material the color deviations are from minimal to zero, so you know what color you will receive, provided that your screen has not been disturbed by the standard settings. In a period of discounts on the change, the price of the product we receive and the price of the product we will send will be valid, on the day of our receipt by you. (because prices change often).
The change or return is made with our own Courier company and we fully assume the costs of the transport.
UNJUSTIFIED RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The customer reserves the right to return the products he purchased, in accordance with the consumer protection law, without justification, within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. Before sending any product please contact us first.
Non-receipt of an order that has been prepaid. In the event that you have prepaid your order and for any reason it returns to us and you do not wish to be reshipped, the refund process has a €5 cancellation fee that will be deducted from the money to be returned to you.
